Muay Thai fighter. Traveller. Modern warrior.

I’m Miriam Sabot, a professional Muay Thai fighter with nearly 20 years of experience.

I have fought across Italy, Thailand, Myanmar, and throughout Asia, experiencing Muay Thai not only as a sport, but as a path of personal transformation.

Over the years, I became the first Italian woman to fight at Lumpinee Stadium and one of the first Italian fighters to truly experience the reality of Muay Thai in Thailand, through daily training, fights, travel, and sacrifice.

Jiko Kaizen was born from this journey: the belief that Muay Thai can become a tool for growth, discipline, and self-awareness.

Not just fights and highlights, but also:

  • everyday life in Thailand
  • physical and mental preparation
  • Muay Thai culture
  • real-life experience as a fighter
  • personal growth through fighting

Here, I share what I’ve learned from living this sport from the inside.
